machine maintenance tips

  1. The steel belt must be checked frequently to ensure its tension.
  2. In the case of meeting the cutting requirements, try to reduce the number of laser switches. Turn off the laser during non-working hours to reduce power usage.
  3. Lubricate the racks, guide rails and many other parts of the cutting machine from time to time to stabilize the meshing accuracy of the gears during operation.
